Visiting the Louvre Museum in Paris

There are a lot of museums in Paris but none of them as famous as the Louvre. The iconic glass pyramid in the courtyard is something that you shouldn't miss. Make sure that when you visit to explore the entire area because there is a lot to see and it is a great place to people watch.
This trip really made me remember why I like taking picture of landscape and nature and not touristy spots. I would often have to wait a long time to get the shot that I wanted without any people in it. There is a long corridor that leads out to the courtyard and I just wanted one picture without one person in it. I waited in the same spot for over an hour with the camera set up on the tripod waiting for that one second without anyone there. As tourists would pass, many of them staring at their phone, some of them would almost walk into the camera. Finally, the moment came and I was able to get the shot. In the end, I didn't even like the photo!
