Palos Verdes to Long Beach
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
Eikon Los Angeles was supposed to have an event launching 100s of Chinese lanterns into the air in Downtown La, however the fire department caught wind of it (no pun intended) and shut it down before it could start. That meant a change of plans for the evening. I decided to take a drive down the through Palos Verdes, stopping at Point Vicente Lighthouse and Wayfarer's Chapel for a beautiful sunset. Afterwards, it was Point Fermin, the San Pedro Overlook and then onto the Vincent Thomas Bridge and Queen Mary. In the end, I covered a lot of places that had been on my list for a while.LI
